Paul Newman has reportedly told friends and crime syndicate he wants to die at habitation after being told he only has "a few weeks to live".

The Hollywood superstar - who is thought to be distress from terminal lung cancer - has now finished his chemotherapy sessions and has told wife Joanne Woodward and the couple's three daughters that he wants to spend his final years at his home instead than the New York cancer hospital where he was being treated.

A close family quaker told the MailOnline web site: "Paul didn't want to die in the infirmary. Joanne and their daughters are beside themselves with grief."

The 83-year-old actor - who co-owns a motor racing team - has reportedly started getting his business affairs in order in homework for his death.

The friend added: "He gave a prized gondola - a Ferrari with his racing number 82 on it - to a age pal. The sudden run angered his children. It's especially hard for them to total to grips with what's going on.

"The word they've been given is that he has only a few weeks to live."

As well as three daughters with Joanne, to wHO he has been married since 1958, Paul has two daughters with ex-wife Jackie Witte.

Paul is widely considered to be one of the greatest actors in Hollywood, having asterisked in classical movies including �Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid', �The Sting', �The Hustler' and �Cool Hand Luke'.

Throughout his vocation, Paul has been nominated for 10 Academy Awards and won one of the prestigious awards for his part in �The Color of Money' in 1986.

AMERICAN IDOL host RYAN SEACREST is recovering after he was bitten by a shark at the weekend (26-27Jul08).

The TV personality was swimming in the ocean off California when his foot was nibbled by the baby predator.

He says, "I was bitten by a shark... (there were) a thousand people in the ocean, and I get mo by the shark."

According to the DJ, the diminutive shark left a fragment of tooth behind - embedded in his foot - and he has the mark to prove it.

Specializing in the melodic Van Halen/Def Leppard style (with heart-wrenching mightiness ballads tossed in), polished in all black-and-yellow outfits, and spreading their religious message regular farther by tossing bibles out into the crowd at their shows, Stryper was gestural by the Enigma label in 1984. Spy Museum settles U.S. probe on access for blind, deaf patrons

Washington's International Spy Museum settled a federal civil rights investigation by agreeing to make its exhibits more accessible to hearing- and vision-impaired customers.

The U.S. Justice Department said the settlement calls for the museum to add regularly scheduled tours that describe exhibits, special maps for the blind and captions for audio and interactive displays. Department and museum officials said the agreement, which carries no monetary penalty, may spur higher levels of access for the disabled at cultural institutions across the U.S.

"From day one, we have tried to be a welcoming museum to all of the public," said Peter Earnest, the spy museum's executive director, at a press conference in Washington. "There were things we were not aware of."

The museum worked for three years with the Justice Department's civil rights division to resolve the matter, which will bring it into compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. A visually impaired tourist's complaint to the agency prompted the investigation, officials said, adding that the museum fully cooperated.

Since it opened in 2002, more than 4 million people have visited the museum, which is located a few blocks from the National Mall. The privately owned institution focuses on espionage throughout history, displaying what it says is the largest collection of spy-related artifacts anywhere.

About 16 million Americans have sensory disabilities, Justice Department officials said.

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 22 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Barry Gitarts, 25,
of Brooklyn, N.Y., was convicted today by a jury in the Eastern District of
Virginia of conspiracy to commit criminal copyright infringement, announced
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Chuck Rosenberg and
Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division. U.S.
District Court Judge Liam O'Grady will sentence Gitarts on Aug. 8, 2008.
Gitarts faces up to five years in prison, a fine of $250,000 and three
years of supervised release as well as being required to make full
restitution.

According to the testimony and evidence presented at trial, Gitarts was
a significant member of the Internet music piracy group Apocalypse
Production Crew (APC) from at least June 2003 through April 2004. Records
and testimony introduced at trial showed that Gitarts, using the alias
"Dextro," paid for and administered a computer server located in Texas that
APC group members used to upload and download hundreds of thousands of
copies of pirated music, movies, software and video games. Evidence also
showed that Gitarts received payment from the leader of APC.

Testimony showed that APC acted as a "first-provider" or "release
group" of pirated content on to the Internet. Release groups are the
original sources for a majority of the pirated works distributed and
downloaded via the Internet. Once a group prepares a stolen work for
distribution, the material is distributed in minutes to secure computer
servers throughout the world.

U.S. Attorney Rosenberg stated, "Music piracy is stealing and, unless
you want to end up in a federal prison, don't do it."

The case is part of an ongoing federal crackdown against the organized
piracy groups responsible for most of the illegal distribution of
copyrighted movies, software, games and music on the Internet. To date,
there have been 15 criminal convictions of APC members and 56 convictions
in Operation FastLink, a massive international enforcement action against
organizations involved in the illegal online distribution of copyrighted
material.

To date, Operation FastLink has resulted in more than 200 search
warrants executed in 15 countries; the confiscation of hundreds of
computers and illegal online distribution hubs; and the removal of more
than 100 million dollars worth of illegally-copied copyrighted software,
games, movies and music from illicit distribution channels. Operation
FastLink is the culmination of multiple FBI investigations, including an
investigation into pre-release music groups led by FBI agents from the
Washington Field Office.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay V. Prabhu of the
Eastern District of Virginia and Trial Attorneys Josh Goldfoot and Tyler G.
Newby of the Department of Justice Criminal Division's Computer Crime and
Intellectual Property Section.

Paul Gascoigne hit a new low yesterday after drunkenly hitting out at police officers at a London train station.
The troubled former football superstar had to be “dragged away” by the officers, and was then strapped into a wheelchair by attending paramedics who took him to the University College Hospital for treatment.
The officers had been called to assist Gazza after he collapsed at St Pancreas station.
Eyewitness Rosie Jeffrey tells the Sunday Mirror, “When he tried to stand he kept falling.
"Two officers came over and he was trying to hit out at them, shouting to be left alone. But he could barely stand and the officers had to drag him away.
"When I looked closer it was Gazza... I couldn't believe my eyes. They wheeled him to the ambulance past crowds of people and he was trying to cover his face.
"But he didn't really know where he was or what he was doing. It was so sad to see."
Gascoigne, who has a history of alcohol addiction, checked himself out of the hospital last night after receiving treatment.
